在获取展位分布图后，中总将依据参展单位预订和确认展位日期，以先到先得方式分配展位。中总将尽力满足所有要求。最终的展位分配决定将通知参展单位。

Booth space will be assigned based on the date of confirmed receipt by ACCCIM on a first come first served basis as booked and confirmed by the exhibitor after receiving the floor plan. ACCCIM will do its best to accommodate all requests. The decision which shall be final for booth allocation shall be communicated to the exhibitor.

中总保留分配或重新规划展位部署、修改展位尺寸、形状或位置，以及展会平面图的权利，以确保展会的布置符合访客和参展单位的最佳利益。

ACCCIM reserves the right to assign or reassign booths location and to alter the size, shape or position of the booths and the floor plan of the Exhibition as may be necessary to ensure that the arrangement of the Exhibition is in the best interest of attendees and exhibitors.

所有参展单位清楚并同意遵守第十七届世界华商大会之商业展览（以下简称“展会方”）的相关细节、规定以及各项条规。

All exhibitors are fully aware and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and by the Rules and Regulations of The 17th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention - Exhibition) (“the Organiser”).

付款条款：所有参展费必须在展会方批准报名申请后付清全额给中总。

Conditions of payment: All booth fees must be paid in full to ACCCIM after application for registration is approved by the Organiser.

取消和退款政策: 参展单位欲取消参展, 必须电邮至[email protected]或亲自递交书面函件给中总签收。2024年6月30日之前取消参展将退还总展位费的50%, 2024年7月1日之后不予退款。

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Exhibitor cancellations must be posted to ACCCIM by email to [email protected] or by hand and acknowledged receipt by ACCCIM. Cancellation by 30th June 2024, 50% of the total booth fee will be refunded, after 1st July 2024 no refunds.

未经中总书面同意 ，参展单位不得将展位分配、转租或与任何一方共同使用部分或整个展位。

No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or share any part or the whole booth space to any other party without the written approval from the ACCCIM.

责任与赔偿范围限制

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

1. 在法律允许的范围内，中总、展会方、其执行员、主管、职员、工人或中介人无须承担以下责任：

   To the extent permissible under the law, ACCCIM , the organiser, its officers, directors, employees, servants, or agents shall not be liable for:-

   1. 展会期间，参展单位、其公司职员、工人、中介、承建商或受邀者的安全;

      the safety of the exhibitor, its staff, servants, agents, contractors or invitees during the exhibition;

   2. 参展单位、其公司职员、工人、中介、承建商或受邀者或公众带入展会的任何展品、物件或其他种类资产的损坏或遗失;

      any damage to or loss of exhibits, articles or other property of whatever kind brought in to the exhibition by the exhibitor, its staff, servants, agents, contractors or invitees or members of the public; or

   3. 任何其他损坏或遗失（包括但不限于信誉或商业利润的损失、因停工中断、数据丢失、电脑失效或故障，以及所有商业损失，或由于合同、侵权或其他任何法律理论所引起的惩戒、加重、惩罚或类似的损害）

      any other damages or loss (including without limitation, the loss of goodwill or business profits, interruption due to work stoppage, data loss, computer failure or malfunction and all commercial damages or losses or exemplary, aggravated, punitive or such similar damages whether arising out of contract, tort or any other legal theory)

2. 中总及展会方对任何因限制的情况下，禁止展位动工、搭建、完工、更动或拆卸，或调动展品、通道或部署，或由馆方或其他第三方提供的任何服务或设施失误，一概不负责。

   ACCCIM and the organiser shall not in any event be held responsible for any restrictions or conditions which prevent the construction, erection, completion, alteration or dismantling of stands or the entry, siting or removal of exhibits, or for the failure of any services or amenities provided by the hall landlords or other third parties.

3. 中总可提供适用于参展单位的相关法律规定信息（包括参展单位必须获取的执照和许可证），但中总对任何错误或遗漏一概不负责，参展单位须全权负责确保自身遵守所有法律规定。

   While ACCCIM may provide information on the relevant legal requirements applicable to the exhibitor (including the licenses and permits which the exhibitor has to obtain), ACCCIM shall not be responsible for any errors or omission and the exhibitor is solely responsible for ensuring that is has complied with all legal requirements.

4. 中总及展会方对展会方所指定向参展单位提供任何产品或服务的承建商之行为或疏忽，概不负责。

   ACCCIM and the organiser shall not be responsible for the acts or omission of any contractor appointed by the organiser to provide any products or services to the exhibitor.

5. 尽管有本条款规定，中总或展会方仍然被具司法管辖权的法院，或任何主管机构或仲裁庭判定为有责任，中总或展会方就参展单位所发生或蒙受的任何损失或损害的累计赔偿总额，不应超过参展单位在发生或蒙受损失或损害期间，向中总支付的展会空间费用。此限制不适用于人身伤害或死亡的索赔。

   In the event that ACCCIM or the organiser is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or any competent authority or tribunal to be liable notwithstanding the provision of this clause, the aggregate liability of ACCCIM or the organiser for all claims made by the exhibitor in respect of any loss or damage incurred or suffered shall not exceed the amount paid by the exhibitor to the ACCCIM for the space at the event at or during which the loss or damage was incurred or suffered. This limitation does not apply to claims in respect of personal injury or death.

6. 参展单位应赔偿中总和展会方有关任何及所有损失、损害、费用（包含事务律师和委托人的法律费用）或责任（包含刑事或民事），以及中总或展会方因参展单位、其公司职员、工人、中介人、承建商或受邀者的任何行为、疏失、疏忽、违责所蒙受或导致的和解费用，以及任何第三方对参展单位提供或使用的资料或信息，造成展品、服务、或展出材料和信息，侵犯任何一方的知识产权或权利而引起的索赔，并使其免受损害。根据本条款提供的赔偿应在本合约终止后仍保持有效，并且是中总或展会方有权依法获得任何其他补救措施。

   The exhibitor shall indemnify and hold ACCCIM and the organiser harmless in respect of any and all loss, damage, expense (including legal costs on a solicitor and clients basis), or liability (whether criminal or civil) and costs of settlement suffered or incurred by ACCCIM or the organiser due to any act, omission, neglect or default of the exhibitor, its staff, servants, agents, contractors or invitees, and any claim by any third party that any exhibit, service or other material or information exhibited, provided or used by the exhibitor infringes the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any party. The indemnity provided under this clause shall survive the termination of this contract and is in addition to any other remedy which ACCCIM or the organiser is entitled to under the law.

参展单位必须严格遵守场地所有的消防、安全与健康保护相关条款。

The exhibitor must strictly obey all applicable fire, safety & health protection rules of the venue accordingly.

参展单位受促采取必要措施，以保护参会者与访客免受与其陈列相关的任何伤害。

The exhibitors are urged to take the necessary measures to safeguard attendees and visitors from any hazards associated with their display.

基于噪音或安全隐患，展会方保留限制或拒绝任何展览的权利。

The organiser reserves the right to restrict or reject any exhibit, in whole or in part, either because of noise or safety hazards.

联合展出展位的参展单位需在距离展会前的60天提交展位设计, 并寻求展会方的书面批准。

The exhibitors who rent the combined booths space need to submit their booth design at least 60 days before the Exhibition and seek for the organisers written approval.

在展会举办期间，参展单位必须委派至少一位全职代表在展位驻守。

The exhibitors shall assign at least one full-time representative to be stationed at the booth all the times during the exhibition hours.

参展费仅适用于展览期间的展位使用。展会期间的机票、酒店、签证、膳食及其他私人公司，或个人安排由参展单位自行承担。

The Booth rental only covers the booth usage during the show hours. The exhibitors shall bear for their own air-ticket, hotel, visa, food & beverage and other associated private or individual arrangements during the exhibition.
